Meetings are held at the Council Chamber - Warrnambool Civic Centre, 25 Liebig Street (Unless otherwise noted) and are open to the Public to attend.

The formal decision-making process of a Council is through Council Meetings, which Councillors are required to attend.
The Chief Executive and members of the Executive Management Team also attend the meetings, to provide information or advice when called upon by the Council.
Regular meetings of Council are called Scheduled Meetings. These are held every first Monday of the month at the Warrnambool Civic Centre from 5.45pm however a varied program applies over the Christmas, New Year period or to accommodate Public Holidays.
Additional Meetings of Council may also be called to enable it to discuss and decide upon specific matters, e.g. the Budget, the Annual Report, etc.
All-abilities access to Council meetings at the Civic Centre is possible. To arrange access please contact the Council’s customer service team on 5559 4800 before 5pm on the day of the meeting.
