The annual Community Satisfaction Survey measures community perceptions of Council’s performance in seven core measures and a range of other service areas.

The survey is coordinated by the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (Local Government Victoria). All Councils are required to provide information to the Local Government Performance Reporting Framework based on like community satisfaction information across several key indicator areas.
