The Visitor Services Officer will welcome visitors with a positive experience, whilst providing knowledge of Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village Precinct and wider Warrnambool region including its history and features.
The successful applicant will have:
- Knowledge and experience in public services – tourism, hospitality or interpretative areas.
- Knowledge of tourism products and services - specifically history, geography, features and attractions.
- High level of communication skills and customer service
- Skills and knowledge in the areas of promotion, sales and public speaking
- This position is predominately weekend work due to the nature of the role.

This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $40.90 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading).
