AquaZone is Warrnambool’s premier aquatic, leisure and recreation centre home to indoor and outdoor pools, an expansive gym, spin studio, a wide range of fitness programs, and high quality facilities for our growing regional community.

 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Customer Service Officer to help shape and elevate the member experience at AquaZone.

What You’ll Bring:
• A friendly, energetic attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
• Confidence using POS systems, membership databases, and handling cash
• Skills in preparing food and hot beverages
• Availability across weekdays and weekends, within AquaZone operating hours

The Benefits
This is a permanent part time position and carries a base salary of $69,273.10 per annum (pro-rata), excluding superannuation. The hours of work will be 40 hours per fortnight, as per a rostering arrangement.
