Owner-Occupiers experiencing financial hardship
Council has provisions in place to help owner-occupiers who are experiencing difficulty paying rates.
Council has introduced a $200 rate rebate for owner-occupiers experiencing genuine financial hardship.
If you are a current holder of a Low Income Health care card click here to apply for the $200 rebate
Please Note: To be eligible for this rebate your must hold a current LOW INCOME Health Care Card identified by the "LI" at the end of the "Card Start Date" as shown in the example below

Defer Other (Debtor) Payments
Council will consider deferral of other (debtor) payments for people experiencing hardship.
If you wish to apply for a deferral of your other (debtor) payments please complete the form below.
Other (debtor) payments deferral applications are considered on a case-by-case basis under Council’s hardship provisions.
Once an application has been considered Council will advise the applicant of the outcome.
