FReeZA is an innovative youth development program, funded by the Victorian Government that enables young people between the ages of 12 and 25 with the opportunity to attend a diverse range of quality music and cultural events in their local community.

Weekend on the Green

3 pm – 6 pm Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th of March
Warrnambool FReeZA is presenting an all-ages music event on Warrnambool’s Civic Green this Labour Day weekend. Performances from six young local acts are scheduled across two afternoons that will bring back the joy of live music. The line-up includes: Flynn Gurry Band, Snakes Don’t Need Keys, Gabby Steel, Mel & Tess, Ruby McKenna, and Monique Brown.

Weekend on the Green is a drug and alcohol free event. It is also a Covid-safe event. People are encouraged to arrive in groups of 2 – 6 people in order to share their own socially distanced space together. As per government regulations people must carry a mask at all times and it is strongly recommended that you wear a mask when you are unable to socially distance.

If you are experiencing any of the symptoms of Covid-19 or have been instructed by the Department of Health to quarantine you are not permitted to attend this event.
