EJ King Park playground is located at 28–34 Simpson Street in East Warrnambool.
The timber fort has a double slide, stairs, climbing equipment and a small play space beneath the raised platform. A bird’s-nest swing and a standard swing stand beside the main structure.
Rubber paths and landing areas run through the soft-fall bark, with a concrete footpath connecting the play space to Simpson Street. The bench seat provides an excellent view of the Hopkins River.
The playground was renewed in 2023–2024.
