At Warrnambool City Council, we pride ourselves on providing the best possible service to our many customers and stakeholders. In order to keep this commitment, we are continuously assessing and improving our service delivery to ensure we are at the top of our game.

The level of service we provide to our customers is so important to us, it has been made a key focus. We consider best practice within the Customer Charter, and report our achievements in each Annual Report. From a Unit perspective, we aim to assist our customer enquires with first point resolution, an approach widely accepted as best practice within the local government sector.
