COVID-19 update at Surfside Holiday Parks

News date:

This is the date and time that this news article was published.

There are currently a number of positive COVID-19 cases in the Warrnambool community and while nobody has presented with a positive PCR test at Surfside yet, a number of guests have either tested positive via a RAT or are isolating as a defined close contact.

They are isolating at Surfside as per the current health directions or have left and returned home.

With this being the case, guests have a right to privacy.

All guests who have any COVID symptoms or have been made aware that they are a defined close contact have been asked to inform Surfside staff as soon as possible, and then follow the relevant health orders.

Anyone who would like to cancel a booking or leave the park early due to the current situation is fully entitled to do so and will receive a full refund for any cancelled nights.

We are fortunate to have such high vaccination rates providing the community with a great level of protection from the worst effects of the virus.

It is also a timely reminder for people to arrange for a booster shot as soon as they are eligible.
