Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to contribute to a high impact regional project? This is an exciting opportunity to support a transformative ICT initiative across three progressive councils in Victoria’s south west.

 

About the Role

The South West Councils ICT Alliance (SWCICTA), a partnership between Corangamite Shire, Moyne Shire, and Warrnambool City Council, is delivering a major digital transformation initiative the Coastal Connect Project.

 

This project will transition all three councils to a shared TechnologyOne SaaS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, streamlining business processes and enhancing service delivery for our communities.

 

As the Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of this initiative. You’ll provide high-quality administrative, coordination, and governance support to the Executive Manager IT Strategy and Transformation Shared Services, as well as the Project Manager and Change Manager throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Working Arrangements

This role operates within a unique Joint Venture arrangement between the three councils, with Warrnambool City Council as the employing organisation.

Regular travel between Corangamite Shire, Moyne Shire, and Warrnambool City Council locations may be required.

 

Position Hours/Remuneration

This is a temporary part time position until 30 June 2027, working 3 days per week (45.6 hours per fortnight), with a starting hourly rate of $39.97 per hour, inclusive of superannuation.
