The Auty Street playground is located at 2 Auty Street in East Warrnambool. It is bordered by Selby Road, Auty Street and Arnel Place.
It features swings, including an accessible bird’s-nest swing and a toddler seat, along with a slide, a raised timber play structure, stairs, a rope-climbing net and a spring rocker.
Soft-fall bark surrounds the equipment, with rubber paths connecting the main play areas. Seating is provided within the reserve.
The Auty Street side of the playground is partially fenced, although the playground is not fully enclosed.
The renewal was completed in June 2024.
