2025 Melbourne to Warrnambool Cycling Festival

The second oldest one-day cycling event in the world, the Powercor Melbourne to Warrnambool Cycling Classic, is on Saturday February 8. The Lochard Energy Warrnambool Women’s Classic will be held on the Sunday February 9. The Festival also includes the Royal Bikes Port Campbell to Warrnambool on the Saturday.

The finish line for all three races is at the Liebig Street and Raglan Parade intersection, with plenty of great spots to watch the gripping finale along the highway.

When will the riders arrive?

Powercor Melbourne to Warrnambool Cycling Classic: 2pm-4pm on Saturday February 8

Lochard Energy Warrnambool Women’s Classic: 1pm-2pm on Sunday February 9

Road closures

Raglan Parade (between Banyan Street and Liebig Street, closed westbound).

• Saturday 8 February 2025, 9am – 5.30pm.

• Sunday 9 February 2025, 10am – 4pm.

• Vehicles will be diverted on to Lava Street.

Raglan Parade (between Flaxman Street and Kepler Street, closed westbound).

• Saturday 8 February 2025, 12.30pm – 3pm.

• Sunday 9 February 2025, 12noon – 3pm.

• Vehicles will be diverted on to Nicholson Street and Timor Street. Vehicles crossing Raglan Parade should use Kepler Street or Derby Street/Bell Street.
