List your event in the official summer guide

News Article Date:

Clubs and businesses are encouraged to take up the offer of a free event listing in the popular Warrnambool Summer Events and Activities Guide.

The guide will include events taking place in Warrnambool during the peak tourist season from Boxing Day until early February.

Guides will be printed and distributed to accommodation providers, restaurants, cafes and at the Visitor Information Centre, as well as being made available online.

Mr McMahon said that the guide was an easy, free way to let locals and holiday-makers know about your event.

“The guides have been really well received over the last couple of years – I think people appreciate having a comprehensive booklet featuring hundreds of things to do in Warrnambool over the summer holidays,” he said.

“If you are hosting an event or activity in Warrnambool, big or small, we want to know about it.

“It takes five minutes to submit a listing, it’s free and it lets thousands of people know about your club or business’s offering.

“Following Connect Warrnambool and the Warrnambool Visitor Information Centre on Facebook is another great way to stay up to date with what’s on in the city.”

To be included in the summer guide, events need to be listed by October 26.
