Event sustainability and positive outcomes from waste. Surf Coast Shire Council worked closely with their community to develop and introduce a Plastic Wise Policy for Events and Markets in 2016. Sally is going to share with us some inspiring examples of how a broad range of events have reduced their waste and seen many benefits for event organisers, stallholders, patrons and participants, not to mention the natural environment.
