February 18, 2021 - The Victorian Government has announced the Stage 4 restrictions to help contain COVID-19 introduced on February 12 have eased.

Council services have now re-opened to the public including:

  • The Civic Centre
  • Warrnambool Stadium
  • GymnasticsThe Lighthouse Theatre. The Tom Gleeson show will be rescheduled  
  • Warrnambool Art Gallery
  • AquaZone
  • Sports grounds and facilities
  • The Library
  • The Visitor Information Centre
  • Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village
  • Archie Graham Community Centre
  • West Warrnambool Neightbourhood House
