Surfside Holiday Parks provides the classic Australian beachside holiday experience, located in the beautiful coastal City of Warrnambool. The park has both powered and unpowered sites as well as self-contained cabins.

Surfside is currently seeking a positive and energetic Reception Officer with the following skills and experience:

  • Well-developed computer skills and ability to undertake reservation system processes and retail operations.
  • Must have the ability to work in a team environment and basic problem solving skills including mediation and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent customer service skills and willingness to adhere to all Council Policy’s and maintain the staff code of conduct
  • Work experience in Tourism and/or Hospitality industries will be highly regarded
     

The Benefits
This is a permanent part time (56 hours per fortnight).
The current starting salary is $63,089 per annum (pro-rata) + superannuation, with the opportunity to progress through Councils banding levels.
