Aquazone is Warrnambool’s only aquatic leisure and recreation centre which provides indoor and outdoor heated pools for fitness and play, a large gymnasium, spin bike studio, fitness programs and ancillary facilities to a regional population.

Aquazone is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Services Officers specifically to work within the Learn to Swim program that AquaZone offers to the community.

This position will require the successful application to work, one weekend shift and two week night shifts.

The successful applicant will be:

  • Energetic and motivated individuals with well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Have previous learn to swim experience or willingness to grow on this.
  • Formal Learn to Swim Qualification and accompanying First Aid + CPR.
  • Available to work weekdays and weekends (within Aquazones hours).

 

The Benefits
This is a permanent part time position, working a minimum of 13 hours per fortnight.  The current base salary for this position is $61,551 per annum (pro-rata) exclusive of superannuation.

If you are under the age of 21, you will receive a percentage of the Band 3 A classification based upon your age in accordance with Warrnambool City councils Enterprise Agreement.
