Aquazone is Warrnambool’s only aquatic leisure and recreation centre which provides indoor and outdoor heated pools for fitness and play, a large gymnasium, spin bike studio, fitness programs and ancillary facilities to a regional population.
Aquazone is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to drive and deliver its member journey. They will be required to display a high level of customer service and care to members and casual users of AquaZone.
The successful applicant will be:
- Energetic and motivated individuals with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in POS systems, membership databases, cash handling, food and hot drinks preparation.
- Available to work weekdays and weekends (within Aquazones hours).
