A unique opportunity to help develop Warrnambool’s creative sector is available for an experienced partnership broker with a passion for developing the Arts and Culture.
This is an exciting new role within the Recreation and Culture Branch of the Community Development Directorate to support the implementation of Council’s Arts and Culture Strategy.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working in the arts and culture sector in a municipal environment, will be a champion of creative industries and an advocate for artists and possess a deep understanding of the social, health and economic benefits of the arts. They will have great project management skills, and demonstrated success applying for grants and funding, and have excellent networking skills. They will also be creative, innovative and have a great sense of fun to fit in with our customer and community focussed team.
The Benefits
This is a permanent part time position and the hours of work are 44 hours per fortnight.
This position carries a current salary between $83,626 to $90,815 per annum (pro-rata) plus superannuation dependant on qualifications and experience.
