Learn to Swim Team Leader

An exciting opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic individual to deliver innovative and contemporary learn to swim programs.   

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a strong and demonstrated ability to administer a swim school in a public leisure facility.
  • Experience in acquisition and retention of learn to swim students.
  • Skills in providing guidance, advice and training to staff on the Centres swim school procedures and systems.
  • Relevant qualifications including Level 2 First Aid and Working with Children Check.
