Warrnambool City Council has prepared Amendment C77 to the Warrnambool Planning Scheme relating to the following properties on the south side of Wangoom Road and west side of Aberline Road, within the North East Growth Corridor:
- Lot 1 TP22718, Wangoom Road, Warrnambool
- Lots 1 & 2 PS606802, Wangoom Road, Warrnambool
- Lot 1 TP914315, No. 140 Wangoom Road, Warrnambool
- Lot 1 LP 213249, No. 185 Aberline Road, Warrnambool
The exhibited amendment will rezone the land from Farming Zone to Residential 1 Zone and apply the Urban Floodway Zone to land below the 1 in 100 year flood level and the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay to areas affected by inundation. The amendment also applies the Development Plan Overlay Schedule 7 and the Design and Development Overlay Schedule 4 to all land proposed to be zoned Residential 1.
The amendment was on formal exhibition between 1 September 2011 and 3 October 2011.
