The Warrnambool City Council Business Support Team run the Customer Service Awards from February to September each year, as a category of the Warrnambool Business Excellence Awards, with South West TAFE as the major sponsor in 2013.
If you have received exceptional customer service from anyone in local shops or business of any kind, you may like to nominate that person for a Customer Service Award. If your business has staff members who give exceptional service to clients, you may like to nominate them for the Customer Service Award.
