Dispensations: Council Report & Consent

A person can make an application for dispensation to vary certain building regulations. Most of the applications deal with siting regulations under the building regulations. Other items that may require dispensation are legal point of discharge, unsewered areas, flood areas and uncontrolled overland drainage areas.
