As of 1 July all Customer Service enquiries regarding kerbside garbage and recycling collection should be directed to Council's Kerbside Collection Contractor on 1800 999 690.

New recycling or garbage bin

If you have moved into a new dwelling, to order a recycling or garbage bin, contact Council on (03) 5559 4800. All bins provided by Council are to remain at the property to which they were issued. Bins remain the property of Council.

Lost & damaged bins

If you have lost your recycling or garbage bin or your bin is damaged contact the Kerbside Collection Contractor Customer Service on 1800 999 690.

Stolen bins

If your recycling or garbage bin has been stolen contact the Kerbside Collection Contractor Customer Service on 1800 999 690.

Upsizing or downsizing

If you have moved into a property that has an 80 litre recycling bin and you wish to upsize this or you are no longer able to handle the 240 litre recycling bin, you may request to upsize or downsize your recycling bin.
