There are lots of volunteer positions in a huge range of roles including mentoring, healthcare, administration, social support, retail, education and tutoring, animals, tourism, healthcare, food services, event volunteering and many more!
We can help find the right volunteer role for you, give advice about volunteering, and information about organisations around the region that you may be interested in volunteering with.

We provide a free volunteer recruitment service for not-for-profit organisations, that can help you find the right volunteer for your organisation or project. We can also support you to create the right environment to involve volunteers, covering areas such as policies and procedures, training, induction, Occupational Health & Safety, insurance, volunteering on committees and much more.

|Meals On Wheels||Meals On Wheels Driver||WE URGENTLY NEED SOME VOLUNTEERS. Take an hour out of your day! Do you like getting out and having a chat? Enjoy a bit of driving? Volunteers are urgently needed to chat to older people while delivering meals. You would need a current drivers licence, a reliable vehicle and be able to maintain confidentiality. Police Check will be undertaken. Some re-imbusement by fuel card available. SHORT TERM VOLUNTEERS WELCOME!||11am to approx. 12.30pm one day a week or fortnightly on a roster system.|
|Warrnambool & District Food Share||
Food Warehouse Volunteer
||Fit & Active? Want to make a difference to others lives? WE URGENTLY NEED FIT & ACTIVE VOLUNTEERS to work with our Coordinator and other volunteers in the local Food Share Warehouse. This involves unpacking deliveries and repacking into emergency food hampers for distribution; stock control and some cleaning. There may be some lifting involved. So if you work and relate well with others in a team environment, are reliable and have commonsense, we would love to see your friendly face become part of our team.||

|Archie Graham Community Programs/ Volunteering Warrnambool||
||Enjoy seeing young people achieving their potential? There are many secondary students in our community who don't have a safe and supportive homework space. If you feel you are a positive role model and would like to gain or develop your current skills relevant to working with children in an educational environment, come and join us. You will need to have a current WWCC or be willing to get one. A Police Check will be undertaken. IDEAL FOR RETIRED TEACHERS WITH CENTRELINK REQUIREMENTS AND TEACHING STUDENTS||
Mondays and Tuesdays 3.15pm to 5pm during school terms
Brauer Centenary Admin Assistant
||Good with data entry? Like delving into a bit of history? On looking back over the long history of The Warrnambool Tech and Brauer College, we have found many documents and other resources from over the century. So if you are into research and history (especially about the local 'Tech'), like getting 'things' in order and can work efficiently, we need your help. Working with the Project Coordinator, we need a person who can do data entry, scan and cross-reference all these details into a resource for the future. WWCC required or willing to get one.||
Hours are flexible, as arranged until end of 2013
||Brauer Centenary Event Planning Assistant||Are you organised? Interested in event planning and PR? Organising Centenary Celebrations is a lot of work, so we are looking for a conscientious, hard working person to assist our Project Coordinator with all that needs to be done for the events later in the year. If you have computer skills, some administration skills, and generally like 'helping out' this would be ideal for you. If you are looking at getting some experience in Event Planning/PR/Marketing field this would be an ideal position. Ex-students are very welcome! Working With Children Check required.||

|Southern Way Direct Care||Communication Activity Assistant||Do you enjoy performing arts? Do you relate well to people with disabilities? If so, this is the role for you! We need a person to teach or take activities relating to the use of communication through various technology ie: mobile phones, computers, internet. Activities will include drama, singing and role-play. This could be run as one Wednesday per month or a workshop once a week for 4 weeks. If successful, there maybe an opportunity for this to become an ongoing program.||One Wednesday per month/once a week for 4 weeks or as arranged|
|Vision Australia||RPH Technician||RPH turns print into sound for the vision impaired and we are looking for volunteers to join our team to undertake the daily task of getting our program to air on our FM network. Basic role is supervise the radio switchboard and computer during broadcasts. A computer literate person can handle this task after some brief training.||Monday - Saturday 11am to 2pm on a roster basis|
