| Council’s dedicated Customer Service Team is committed to delivering service excellence. As your first point of call, our motivated and accessible team will assist you in making the most of facilities and services provided by the Council.
The Customer Service Team will: | |
 | Attend to all your inquiries regarding Council services. |  | Receive your applications for approvals, permits, registrations and services and provide whatever information and assistance you may need in respect to those applications. |  | Register your requests for action by the various Council work units and ensure that the appropriate officers are informed of your requirements. |  | Receive any complaints you may have; assist you in the lodging of those complaints; and take the necessary steps to ensure that they are handled promptly and effectively. |  | If the team does not possess the specialised knowledge or skills required to attend to a particular request, they will immediately refer the matter to the appropriate member of Council’s staff. |
