Have You Thought About Working In Japan For A Year?
Warrnambool City Council and the Warrnambool-Miura Sister City Association are promoting the opportunity for Warrnambool residents to apply for the 2010 Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) program. The JET program aims to foster ties between Japan and other countries, particularly at a youth level.

The placement would be undertaken in schools and also possibly local authorities commencing in July 2010. If a Warrnambool resident was successful in the application process and wished to work in our sister city Miura Japan, this opportunity is able to be supported locally. Applications should be forwarded to Warrnambool City Council, Attention: Bill Millard, Secretary Warrnambool – Miura Sister City Association by 5pm Tuesday 10 November 2009. Interviews will be held the week commencing 16 November.

For further information go to www.melbourne.au.embjapan.go.jp/jicc/education.html or contact Bill Millard on phone 5559 4902.
