| The Warrnambool Youth Council invite young people (aged 12-25) of Warrnambool to submit a public art design that represents the 'youth of Warrnambool'. The Youth Council is keen to see the project provide an opportunity for participation by young people and represent young people.
The winner of the competition may have their art work turned into a public art piece to be displayed somewhere in Warrnambool.
Entries open: Tuesday 6 October 2009.
Entries close: Friday 20 November 2009.
