How To Submit Tender Documentation:
Tenders should be clearly marked with the register name and number and
1. Submitted electronically via tenders@warrnambool.vic.gov.au OR
2. Lodged in the Tender Box at the Warrnambool City Council, 25 Liebig Street Warrnambool, OR
3. Posted to Warrnambool City Council, PO Box 198, Warrnambool 3280.
Tenders will notbe received:
- After the specified closing time.
- By facsimile.
Electronic Submission Requirements:
Each individual submission will be no larger than 20 megabytes in size.
If submissions are larger individual documents should be submitted and named appropriately eg: TenderNumber-Company-Name-Part1.pdf.
File names are not to contain spaces or special characters.
All documents will be submitted in PDF file format.
Council cannot be held responsible for transit times for electronic delivery of documents.
Allow at least 3 hours for the delivery of electronic submissions.
Council’s email server will time stamp the received email with the time and date it was received, this is the submitted delivery time, not the time the document was sent.
